Waking To Dry Throat Why Do I Wake Up With A Dry Throat If I Sleep At Odd Times Or In Odd Places?

Why do I wake up with a dry throat if I sleep at odd times or in odd places? - waking to dry throat

If I accidentally fall asleep, like the sofa or in a train, why I wake up with dry eyes, dry throat, but I'm OK when I used to sleep?

Because if you sleep during the day, they are probably so tired, you sleep with your mouth open, and that your dried saliva, sore throat, such as saliva will make thing lubricates the throat.

Because you are unconscious anxiety-provoking heavier than normal breathing, the breathing liquid separates from the body when you're relaxing at home and thus less liquid to expel the breath slowly.
